KBR Electrocutes a Dozen U.S. Troops, One Green Beret Dead

KBR knew about the electrocution hazard and was funded to repair it, but neglected to repair the years old Iraqi installed electrical wiring in the Green Beret's shower. This is the 12th electrocution by KBR to U.S. troops serving in Iraq.
