In anticipation of a historic fund raising day
on Sunday, Ron Paul, the Republican presidential frontrunner according
to 4rth quarter fund raising, gave an inspirational message via
his campaign website to supporters.
Ron Paul said to supporters, “You and I know our real country
-- the America of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, of
economic, civil, and personal liberty, of strong families and
communities, of great businesses and professions, of strong peace
and low taxes and sound money -- all of which are under assault
by the politicians who occupy our nation’s capital.”
Ron Paul’s congressional record spans four
decades and he was one of four congressmen to endorse Ronald Reagan
in 1976. Paul voted against the so-called Patriot Act and the
invasion of Iraq.

Ron Paul continued, “Together, we can restore our constitutional
republic, and oust the mountebanks who violate the ideals of the
Founders with income taxes, Federal Reserve inflation, deficit
spending, preemptive wars, torture, secret prisons, and abolition
of habeas corpus.”
Ron Paul also shared his excitement about tomorrow’s Tea
Party, “Of course, since they are Independent, the election
laws to do not allow me to coordinate with them in any way. But
I will mention that this Sunday, I am really going to enjoy my
tea at a party!”
Grassroots activists are attempting to infuse 10 million dollars
into Paul’s campaign war chest by getting 100,000 people
to donate $100 to Ron Paul’s campaign.
He ended his letter stating, “For freedom, peace, and prosperity,
for the real America, all our generosity and hard work are justified.”
When USA Daily asked Dr. Paul a few weeks ago if he could unite
this divided country, Paul said:
“I see no greater unifying message than that of freedom,
peace, and prosperity, and that is what this campaign is all about.
Every day my support grows exponentially as Americans realize
that government has overstepped its bounds and is threatening
both their lives and livelihoods with foreign and economic policies
that are bringing the nation to ruin. My message is what this
country was founded on; what this country ended slavery for; what
every people across the world seek: freedom.”
