Children's Museum COO Busted
for Child Porn

Robert Singer, the chief operation officer for the National
Children's Museum has been arrested and charged with distribution
of child porn on the internet. He thought he was sending the porn
to a 12-year-old and her 33 year-old mother.
The 12-year-old turned out to be a undercover detective with
the New York Police Department. Some of the porn was even sent
from his work computer at the museum. Singer met the detective
in an AOL chatroom, known to people who trade in child porn.

A search of account activity showed that he had sent around 80
images of child porn to different people, he had received 10 images,
and 1 video. A statement from the museum stated they were alerted
to the arrest by DHS, and ICE.
